Kathy will host "Spotlight on Youth" a seminar on Children in Show business in Cherry Hill, New Jersey

Cissy honored guest at WVTF's annual Radio Reading Service banquet Actress Kathy Garver, best known for her role as Cissy on A Family Affair, tells volunteers of WVTF's Radio Reading Service that they are blessed "to be able to read and to put in to other people's heads that imagination and to color what we see for their lines. Garver began her acting career as a child on Cecil B. DeMille's Ten Commandments, but her favorite role was that of Helen Keller in a high school production of The Miracle Worker. She currently volunteers for the Rose Rednick Lighthouse for the Blind Reading Service in San Francisco.
Kathy has begun producing the Eddie May Mystery Dinner Theater in The Bay Area of Northern California.  Log back on for dates, time and place for the CRIME of your life!

Kathy taped a Celebrity Readings" segment with the well known psychic medium John Edward for his TV series "Crossing Over". Air date sometime in November.
Kathy recently attended the Stella Adler Awards and put her hands in concrete to be displayed in the newly renovated Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel. Each room is named after a celebrity. (Photos)

Kathy wrapped her lead performance in "Seizing Me" the new film by Halfdan Hussey. "It's a great psychological thriller!" says Kathy in Northern California. Kathy created the role of "Sophia". She will be Co-producing and starring in the film for San Jose Films written by Jeffrey Vargas and Halfdan Hussey, directed by Halfdan Hussey, produced by Kathleen Powell.

Kathy has just been cast in the new movie "Soupernatural" starring Kristin Richaradson, Kevin Mac, Lou Ferrigno, and Mark Goddard, among others.
She is also helping to produce the film.
The movie has been nominated for the Golden Trailer Award.
